How do I clean and care for the leather dog accessories?
Please use a damp soft cloth to gently wipe any dust, dirt and stains and then remove any excess moisture with a dry cloth. Avoid contact with oils and any cleaning detergents.

Our leash comes in one size. Length is 120cm
What size should I order if my dog is between sizes?
We recommend you select the bigger size if your dog is between sizes.
How accurate are the colours on the website?
We have tried to ensure colours of the physical product are reflected on the website, however colours may vary slightly depending on individual monitor settings and photographic lighting sources.
What currency are your prices displayed in?
Our prices are based on AUD. The currency can be changed on the 'world' icon on the top right corner of the site.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship all international orders outside of Australia via Australia Post or DHL Express. Please note these orders cannot be sent to a PO box address as your parcel will require a signature on delivery.
We do not cover customs taxes and duties for international orders. If you require further information about your country’s taxes / duties, please contact your local customs or other relevant authorities directly.
How much does shipping cost?
There is free standard shipping within Australia $150 and over. For orders under $150 being shipped within Australia a shipping fee of $10 AUD for standard shipping will be applied at checkout. For orders shipped to any other country a shipping fee will be applied at checkout. See Shipping for more details.
How long does shipping take?
Our current dispatch time is 1-3 business days. No special requests for expedited shipping can be taken.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email with your tracking number. You can track any orders shipped with Australia Post here: https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/

Can I exchange products because of sizing issues?Yes, we are happy to offer exchanges for sizing issues, as we understand it can be difficult to get right. Please contact email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the product/s to start the exchange process. All products to be exchanged have to be returned in unused/unworn condition and in original packaging. Postage and/or courier costs for the returned products will be the responsibility of the customer.
