Katsuki always advises our customers that pets should be under constant supervision whilst wearing or using any of our products. Katsuki will not be held liable for any loss, accident or injury caused to pets as a result of unsupervised use or misuse.
Please ensure you measure your pets and check our products size charts before you purchase. We are unable to take responsibility for any sizing error(s).
Products Imagery
Products and colours on our website are a guide only. All images and descriptions are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the products. Products colour may vary slightly due to individual monitor settings and photographic lighting sources.
Postage & Packaging
All orders will be dispatched using Australian Post or a courier service if express delivery is selected. Please note that we are unable to dispatch on weekends or public holidays.
When goods are in stock, for Australian orders please allow up to a week for delivery. If the items are not in stock, we will email you with an estimated delivery date when you place the order. For worldwide up to three weeks. This excludes weekends.
Any time or date stated for delivery is an estimate only. Katsuki makes every effort to dispatch goods on time, but do not accept liability for failure to deliver within the stated time.
Some parcels will require a signature on arrival therefore when ordering you must state a delivery address where someone will be present. In the event that no one is available to sign for the goods and a signature is required, the carrier will leave notification of their delivery attempt with the necessary re-delivery information. If the item is not picked up, we will quote you for redelivery.
Postage & Packaging charges
All Australian orders over $150 will be sent with free delivery
Standard delivery is charged at $10 for Australian orders below $150
International delivery is charged at a flat fee.
Duties & Local taxes
All prices shown include GST or other sales taxes due in Australia only. For delivery destinations outside of Australia, prices do not include customs duties or relevant handling charges, which will, if applicable, be payable by you. The customer is responsible for any duties and/or taxes at the point of entry into the destination country. The customer is responsible for any duties and/or taxes at the point of return if incorrectly labelled.

Katsuki reserves the right to alter prices at any time, without prior notice.
Faulty goods
All goods are checked thoroughly before leaving for their destination.
On the rare occasion that you may receive goods that are faulty or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
Damage & Loss in transit
Katsuki does not accept liability for any delays or damages once the goods have left us and are in possession of the carriers.
Goods should be inspected on receipt of delivery, and damages to be advised in writing within 3 working days of delivery, so that we can arrange replacement goods and start following up with the carrier.
If you do receive damaged goods, please retain all relevant documentation so that an insurance claim can be made against the carrier.
Orders & Payment
Katsuki use shopify payments system and Paypal, a secure online payment method allowing you to pay with your Paypal account or a debit or credit card (without registering for a Paypal account). Once payment has been authorized, Katsuki will send you an email confirming your order.
You will be notified as soon as possible if any goods ordered are out of stock.
All orders are subject to acceptance and to availability of the goods ordered.
Risk & Retention of title
Under normal circumstances, goods must be paid for prior to dispatch and the risk of loss, damage and breakage and all other risks shall pass to the customer when the goods have been dispatched.
Goods shall remain the property of Katsuki until payment in full has been received and cleared. In the event of any default in payment the company reserves the right to reclaim the goods concerned.
